Heroes

let's start it off with yesterday.. was supposed to accompany lih yeh to HELP uni together with zhi min(studying at help) to enquire about courses that he would like to take.. somehow, bout 11am++, lih yeh called me & told me that zhi min's class for the day had been canceled.. so, no point going there because he was supposed to fetch zhi min there for her class.. instead, me & lih yeh together with matt(offday) went to sunway pyramid again as he wanted to collect his tennis racquet from studio R.. before that, we went back to our old old school to collect something.. had fun there with all our ex-teachers.. matt joined us while we were in school.. reached pyramid, went straight to mcd for a drink as we've already got sick of pyramid.. had our lunch there, & while enjoying our food, pang nga lou(soon keat) & his sidekick(hooi sze) were ordering take away's at the counter.. i stood up, went to the counter, shouted pang nga lou!!! i need to shout like bout 5 times before he could hear me.. wtf.. they joined us but matt gotta leave.. so he chao.. blablabla, looked at the watch, & it's about 4pm.. time to collect bean's racquet.. woohoo.. went to studio R & his light weight racquet was there waiting to be collected.. after collecting his racquet, fetched pang nga lou & his sidekick back to college & we chao.. back to puteri's nathan to yamcha with chun yip, matt & jacquelyn.. & yes, it's jacquelyn.. & lih yeh got ashocked of his life when he saw her.. sat together at the same table, but the two of them were speechless.. went back home after that.. as time goes by, it was night.. chun yip called me for snooker session.. both of us, 1 snooker table.. played 4, won 4.. hoorah!!! his mum called, we chao.. he dropped me at kueenz, where lih yeh was sitting there alone, enjoying his newspaper.. like duh.. teh o ais satu & we blablabla till we chao.. alrighty, enough about yesterday.. back to present.. this particular morning, went out for breakfast with lih yeh as usual.. visit 'cha kei' again for wan tan min.. strange that they were still open.. it's bout 12.30pm.. after filling up our stomach, went back to our own cribs to relax.. & i watched heroes the whole day.. sad but there were only 10 episodes out on dvd.. finished the 10's on a day.. it was seriously an awesome series.. my dad borrowed those from his friend.. it's an epic drama that chronicles the lives of ordinary people who discover they possess extraordinary abilities.. as usual, there were the good & the bad.. the good will have to use their gifted abilities to save the world from the bad.. here's the summary from nbc official site..

As a total eclipse casts its shadow across the globe, a genetics professor (Sendhil Ramamurthy, "Blind Guy Driving") in India is led by father's disappearance to uncover a secret theory -- there are people with super powers living among us. A young dreamer (Milo Ventimiglia, "Gilmore Girls") tries to convince his politician brother (Adrian Pasdar, "Judging Amy") that he can fly. A high school cheerleader (Hayden Panettiere, "Ice Princess") learns that she is totally indestructible. A Las Vegas stripper (Ali Larter, "Final Destination"), struggling to make ends meet to support her young son (Noah Gray-Cabey, "My Wife & Kids"), discovers that her mirror image has a secret. A fugitive from justice (Leonard Roberts, "Buffy the Vampire Slayer") continues to baffle authorities who twice have been unable to contain him. A gifted artist (Santiago Cabrera, "Empire"), whose drug addiction is destroying his life and relationship with his girlfriend (Tawny Cypress, NBC's "Third Watch"), can paint the future. A down-on-his-luck Los Angeles beat cop (Greg Grunberg, "Alias") can hear people's thoughts, which puts him on the trail of an elusive serial killer. In Japan, a young man (Masi Oka, NBC's "Scrubs") develops a way to stop time through sheer will power. Their ultimate destiny is nothing less than saving the world..

The Heroes

Santiago Cabrera as Isaac Mendez, a heroin-addicted artist whose dark, violent and apocalyptic paintings are actual premonitions of future events..

Hayden Panettiere
as Claire Bennet, a high school cheerleader in Odessa, Texas, who learns through trial-and-error that her flesh is indestructible..

Milo Ventimiglia as Peter Petrelli, a male nurse and politician's younger brother who is plagued by nightmares that he can fly..

Greg Grunberg as Matt Parkman, a down-on-his-luck LAPD beat cop who is starting to hear the thoughts of others, which puts him on the trail of an elusive serial killer..

Ten-year-old Noah Gray-Cabey as Micah Sanders, a young genius whose mother is an online stripper and whose father is serving life in prison..

Tawny Cypress as Simone Deveaux, Isaac's (Santiago Cabrera) beautiful girlfriend who enables his heroin addiction and whose wealthy father is dying..

Sendhil Ramamurthy as Mohinder Suresh, a genetics professor at the University of Madras in India whose father's disappearance leads him to uncover a secret theory - there are people with extraordinary abilities living among us..

so, that's all folks.. i'm sign'ing out..

A Lesson To Remember

was busy with college preparation this few days.. & yesterday was my orientation.. it was really bored.. those people there were like blablabla & there were some briefing about cat & acca stuff.. went for futsal too last night after a long time break.. it was really fun.. after futsal, yamcha session began but with only me & lih yeh :( .. today was seriously a very bad day for me.. woke up this morning by a phone call from lih yeh.. was supposed to go to college to pay my tuition fees & lih yeh wanted to get his registration fees refunded.. so, quickly woke up, took a good bath & off i drove to lih yeh's crib.. & yup, i'm the usual, destined driver again.. he was hungry so we took our breakfast at puteri before heading off to college.. it was hell in finding parking around college.. round & round.. upside down.. gave up, & i just parked my car by the roadside, hoping that the mpsj's won't give me a summons or worst, tow my car.. walked into college, hoping that i could make it fast.. accompanied lih yeh to the financial department to ask for his money back.. the lady in charged said that they'll call when you can get your money back.. duh.. so went & paid my fees & settled.. headed back to my car quickly.. at the guardhouse, saw pang nga lou(soon keat) & his darling, & one of his friend.. wondering what is he doing talking so nicely to the guard.. guess what.. the guard was asking him to help to translate some chinese words.. haha.. pang nga lou the translator.. that was funny.. luckily my car was still in one piece.. went to sunway pyramid to get my levi's jeans altered.. after parking my car at the car park, walked to the entrance with lih yeh.. i asked lih yeh whether i locked my car.. i wasn't very sure because as far as i know, i did locked my car.. lih yeh said "ya, i think so you did".. so, i assumed that i did as my car was very far from the entrance.. got my jeans altered at levi's..

me: hey.. i wanna alter my jeans.. i have three here..

shop attendent: hey.. yup.. sure..

me: how much is it per pair??

shop attendent: for normal cut is rm15 & for original cut is rm25..

me: what's the different between normal & original cuts?

shop attendent: normal cut is that we just cut it off, fold it & sew it back whereby for original cut, we follow the original cutting of your pants..

me: (wahh)* oh.. ok then.. i'll have these two(pointing at two of my jeans) original cut & this one here normal cut..

*wow.. i only expect it to be rm5 per pair..

shop attendent: ok.. wear them on & i'll measure for you..

me: kay..

*went into the fitting to wear them on & he measured all of them..

shop attendent: okay.. done.. you can come & collect them an hour & a half later..

me: alrighty..

walked around.. lih yeh bought some tennis balls, & chun yip joined us there later.. accompanied chun yip to makan at mcd, jalan jalan & off we go.. walked to my car, & i got a surprised when i opened my car door.. my bag, including lih yeh's was placed at the driver seat.. it was behind when i left my car.. i searched around, & i found out that the ash tray which i use to put all my coins were gone.. looked around & found the ash tray below the passenger seat but all the coins were gone.. i seriously didn't locked my car & someone entered my car.. nia seng ar.. damn tu lan.. searched around the whole car & i found out that only the coins in the ash tray were gone.. i seriously thank god that nothing else were missing & no damages were done to my car.. thank god.. this is a very very important lesson to be learned.. i'll never ever forget this lesson.. so remember people, hotel pyramid's parking ain't safe at all.. lock your car at all times.. went yamcha with lih yeh at night.. jun yan was supposed to come with us but lih yeh's car got a lil' bit of petrol left only.. so didn't manage to fetch him.. was watching wwe raw at kueenz when we first reached there.. biasalah.. every tuesday what.. after wwe ended, the crowd began to leave one by one.. we stayed on & they changed the channel to star movies.. this show named 'enough' was airing.. jennifer lopez cast in this show.. it was quite interesting.. it's about this lady named 'slim'(jennifer lopez) who had a husband whom always had relationship with other females.. sorta like playboy la.. slim's husband always hit her & one day she had enough of it.. she took her daughter & left his husband.. her husband tried to kill her & that forced her run & hide all around the united states of america.. one day, she got tired of all the murder attempts done by her husband.. she decided to go for training, hoping that she could kill her husband & end this murder attempt thing.. slim had this all planned up, & she did killed him when she confronted him, 1 on 1, with no weapons.. & the excuse for murdering her husband, self defense.. you'll understand more when you watched the show.. finished the show at kueenz & off we go, back to our own cribs.. this is as long as an english essay.. so, that's all folks.. i'm sign'ing out..

McLaren topple Ferrari at Sepang

McLaren dominates today's race at our very own malaysia sepang circuit.. not a very interesting race as there were not much action.. alonso leads from starting till the end.. bored.. this new guy, hamilton is damn good.. too bad kimi raikkonen can't win the race.. at least he still gets the third place.. not bad.. anyhow, here's the race summary taken from it's official website..

McLaren went into the Malaysian Grand Prix in confident frame of mind, but even Fernando Alonso said it was a surprise as he and Lewis Hamilton turned on a crushing demonstration in which they left Ferrari for dead in the opening stages and swept to the team’s first one-two result since Brazil 2005. At the start Alonso sprinted alongside polesitter Felipe Massa and was able to take the lead, but in another brilliant display Hamilton dived inside Raikkonen to snatch third place before going round the outside of Massa in Turn Two to move up to second. The Englishman then contained the Ferrari challenge, earning his spurs with a faultless drive, as his team leader went for the win. Ferrari suddenly faced an afternoon of trying to salvage something from what was beginning to look like a disaster, for Massa failed on both occasions when he tried to oust Hamilton. Each time he was repassed easily by the British driver, and on the second occasion the Brazilian slid into the gravel on the exit to Turn Four and lost a crucial place to Nick Heidfeld’s BMW Sauber. As Alonso pulled out a 15.6s lead before stopping for fuel on lap 18, Hamilton built an advantage over Raikkonen, who stopped the same lap as Alonso. Hamilton thus led a Grand Prix for the second time in succession, until refuelling on lap 20. The story was the same in the second stint, both McLaren and Ferrari still running Bridgestone’s soft tyres. But this time Hamilton had the gap down to less than eight seconds before the stops, as he set the race’s fastest lap. He refuelled first, on lap 38, followed by Alonso on 40 and Raikkonen on 41. Now, however, all three were on the harder tyre, and while that seemed to suit Alonso and really suited Raikkonen, Hamilton was struggling for grip. Alonso’s 21+s lead was never going to be threatened, but lap by lap the Finn was carving chunks out of the Englishman’s second place advantage. Going into the closing laps the race was really coming alive again, but Hamilton kept his head and yet again never put a wheel wrong. Alonso took the flag 17.5s ahead, to score a crucial first victory for McLaren, and Hamilton hung on ahead of Raikkonen by just 0.7s.Heidfeld’s great day earned BMW Sauber an excellent fourth place in front of an appreciative audience of Petronas representatives, as he held off former team mate Massa all the way to the flag.Nico Rosberg was headed for an excellent sixth for Williams when his FW29 stopped on the 43rd lap with a suspected Toyota engine failure, promoting a grateful Giancarlo Fisichella who thus salvaged three points for Renault. The final points went to Jarno Trulli after a strong run for Toyota, and Renault rookie Heikki Kovalainen. Alex Wurz was ninth for Williams after an up and down run from 19th on the grid, fending off Mark Webber who challenged him hard on soft tyres in his final stint in the Red Bull RB3. They were the final unlapped runners. Rubens Barrichello, who started from the pit lane, headed Honda team mate Jenson Button home in 11th and 12th places, chased by Takuma Sato and Scott Speed who battled all the way through, once Sato had survived an early tangle with Speed’s Toro Rosso team mate Vitantonio Liuzzi - who described the Japanese driver’s move as ‘crazy’. It was an eventful afternoon for Liuzzi, who also ran into the rear of Speed at one point, prompting an early stop for a fresh nosecone. Ralf Schumacher was 16th after a slow puncture stymied his progress, while 17th placed Anthony Davidson had the delayed Liuzzi thirsting after him all through the second half but held off the Toro Rosso to the flag. Robert Kubica was the final finisher, having run in the top six until his BMW Sauber developed a suspected transmission problem and needed to make a pit stop for attention. It was a miserable afternoon all round for the Pole, who, after briefly making contact with team mate Heidfeld at the start, also suffered a puncture, braking stability problems and a failed radio.Besides Rosberg, the other non-finishers were the Spykers and David Coulthard in the Red Bull. Adrian Sutil went off on the outside of Turn 4 on the opening lap after a suspected rear suspension failure, making contact with Button’s Honda in the process, and then Christijan Albers’s car lost its engine shortly afterwards after gearbox problems sent its temperature rocketing. The Dutchman made it back to the pits and hopped from the car, just in time for his mechanics to dowse the rear with fire extinguishers. Coulthard’s demise was bizarrely down to his brake pedal rubbing against the steering column.Bridgestone's new tyre marking system proved a great success, with the white grooves making it easy to spot who was on what compound. Almost everyone ran soft-soft-hard through their three stints, the only exceptions being Trulli, Webber, Coulthard and Button.A great race thus puts Fernando Alonso into the lead of the world championship, with Kimi Raikkonen second from Lewis Hamilton. Roll on Bahrain.

WrestleMania 23 : All Grown Up

ladies & gentlemen, wrestlemania 23 has finally ended.. & vince mcmahon has finally got his hair shaved bold.. damn.. how i wish that guy was mr donald trump himself.. but it won't be him though.. duh.. anyhow, mr donald trump himself still gets a stone cold stunner.. haha.. in fact, vince got himself 1 too.. but most importantly, the wwe champion, john cena(applause, applause) still able to retain his title.. & that's a bloody piece of good news.. anyhow, here's the review of wrestlemania 23 senoritas..

The Battle Of The Billionaires

ECW World Champion Bobby Lashley (Donald Trump) def. Intercontinental Champion Umaga (Mr. McMahon)
The clash concluded, the dust cleared and the silvery locks of the WWE Chairman were shaved completely from his head live from his own creation, WrestleMania 23. Then, when it seemed that all hell had already been raised, Austin gave Donald Trump his receipt for the downpour of cold hard cash that fell from the ceiling of Ford Field earlier on – in the form of a Stone Cold Stunner. Selecting Intercontinental Champion Umaga as his representative and employing his own son, Shane, as his back-up plan, Mr. McMahon seemed to have come to Detroit prepared for the Battle of the Billionaires. His master plan, however, would not take into account the resilience of ECW World Champion Bobby Lashley and the venomous bite of the Texas Rattlesnake. The physical contest between the two champions Lashley and the Samoan Bulldozer was one that pushed all the rules to the limits – so much that the special guest referee Stone Cold was forced to get his hands dirty (just how he likes it). After Austin received a Samoan Spike from the savage Umaga, the Chairman’s son made an unexpected appearance at Ford Field, where he delivered an unbelievable Coast-to-Coast dropkick to the outnumbered Lashley. With the ECW Champion’s face being forced into a steel garbage can, Shane then removed his shirt to reveal a referee shirt of his own. Just when it looked as if Lashley would be pinned and the most recognizable hair on the globe might be shaved from The Donald’s cranium, the Rattlesnake struck. Now provoked and incensed, Stone Cold interrupted Shane O’Mac’s count and delivered all hell to the Chairman’s son just before receiving another Samoan Spike. With this, Trump (who had enough of Mr. McMahon’s scheming) abandoned his corner and delivered a Lashley-esque clothesline to his billionaire rival. Back inside the ring, Umaga prepared to deliver yet another lethal thumb to the throat of Austin. The Rattlesnake averted the attack and dropped the 300-pound beast with a Stunner just in time for Lashley to obliterate his opponent with a spear for the win. The 80,000-plus capacity crowd in Detroit was then drawn out of their seats as Mr. McMahon was unsuccessful in sneaking away and received a Stunner – a move he’s all too familiar with by now. The incapacitated Chairman would then be strapped into the same barber’s chair he flaunted for weeks on Raw in hopes of intimidating The Donald, and was robbed of his “McMane.” Together, Lashley and Trump sheared Mr. McMahon of his hair while the now-bald billionaire bellowed an agonizing wail. Humiliated and head-shaved, McMahon wept at the mercy of The Donald and the ECW Superstar while Austin looked on sipping on a can of beer. The mane-less Mr. McMahon crawled and quivered toward the locker room area and suddenly, Austin proved exactly how much he despises billionaires by leveling The Donald with a billion-dollar Stunner – thus, delivering the ultimate WrestleMania moment.

WWE Champion John Cena def. Shawn Michaels

After months of anticipation, weeks of cooperation and hours of speculation…ladies and gentlemen, The Champ is still here. For the second consecutive year, John Cena walked into WrestleMania as the WWE Champion. And in a result correctly chosen by 59 percent of WWE fans polled in an AT&T Mobile poll, Cena defeated Shawn Michaels in Detroit to walk out with the gold for the second year in a row. From the moment The Champ entered Ford Field, it was obvious that his A-Game was in full effect. In a scene reminiscent of his unforgettable gangster entrance last year in Chicago, Cena entered Ford Field by driving a Mustang down through the loading dock and crashing through the glass set. It was an impressive sight, even if it did nothing to turn the favor of the raucous capacity crowd of 80,103 that was clearly in favor of HBK. It didn’t faze HBK any, as Michaels clearly had a game plan, focusing on Cena’s knee and dominating the early portion of the match. However, an errant charge led Michaels head-first into the steel ringpost, busting him open and giving Cena an opening to get back into the match. Unfortunately, just seconds after, Sweet Chin Music intended for The Champ instead nearly took the head off of referee Mike Chioda. As both men lay prone on the mat, the fans rallied behind a bloodied HBK. But in a move that is quite uncharacteristic of the challenger, he tosses aside the top level of the steel ring stairs and delivered a vicious piledriver that bounced Cena’s head off the bottom level. Things always look darkest before the dawn; unfortunately for HBK, WrestleMania wasn’t the dawn of a new championship reign, as Cena somehow kicked out of Michaels’ pinfall attempt. The challenger then threw his entire arsenal at Cena, but the resilient champion stood tall. In a furious final few minutes, both men hit the other with their signature maneuvers, with Cena applying both the FU and STFU in an attempt to claim victory. They both staggered to their feet, and somehow, Cena was able to take HBK down with a second STFU. Left in the middle of the ring with nowhere to go, the challenger was forced to tap out, ending the instant WrestleMania classic in favor of the champion. Following the bout, Cena sat in the middle of the ring and stared at the WrestleMania logo, nearly in tears after realizing what he had just done. He then dedicated the match to his father, saying “this one’s for you, dad,” before holding the WWE Championship in the air. But when he tried to shake HBK’s hand, the sullen challenger simply walked away; instead, he was given a salute from Cena in a show of respect.

Undertaker def. Batista (New World Heavyweight Champion)

Tonight at Ford Field, the Undertaker did the unbelievable by taking his undefeated WrestleMania streak to 15-0. Not only did he break his own record, but he also captured his first World Heavyweight Championship by delivering a Tombstone Piledriver to Batista for the win. With so much on the line, it seemed like The Deadman would do anything to ensure a win, even before he stepped out into the arena. Preceded by 24 druids with flaming torches, Undertaker’s unmistakable form emerged from the smoke, and more than 80,000 WWE fans erupted for The Phenom. Batista took an early lead in the match when he speared Undertaker right out of the gate. The Animal fought Undertaker out of the ring, and executed a running power slam off one of the announce tables onto another. The Phenom was clearly stunned, but managed to hang on through several pin attempts and continued to fight back. Having been victorious through 14 previous WrestleManias, Undertaker knows a thing or two about surviving, and used it to his advantage. The Phenom benefited from the situation, and was able to turn the match around with the Last Ride. After an exchange of several devastating attacks, including a Batista Bomb, Undertaker sealed his victory with a Tombstone Piledriver to keep his WrestleMania streak alive.

Mr. Kennedy wins the Money in the Bank Ladder Match

On SmackDown, Mr. Kennedy warned WWE fans to get ready to call him “Mr. Money in the Bank.” At WrestleMania 23, before a record-setting 80,103 WWE fans inside Detroit’s Ford Field, the loudmouth backed up his strong words, doing what his seven other Money in the Bank Ladder Match opponents — King Booker, Edge, Finlay, Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy, Randy Orton and CM Punk — couldn’t. He climbed the ladder, grabbed the briefcase and won a future title opportunity any time over the next 365 days. The eight Raw, SmackDown and ECW participants would each make a worthy bid during the Money in the Bank contest, and the screaming Ford Field crowd seemed divided over who to cheer for loudest. However, almost universal fear and concern erupted moments after Jeff Hardy — at his brother Matt’s urging — threw himself from the top of a ladder to the outside floor, crashing onto WrestleMania’s first-ever Money in the Bank winner, Edge. Dropping more than 20 feet down, the force of Jeff’s fall actually broke the ladder beneath Edge in half, practically destroying both men. Neither Jeff nor the Rated-R Superstar — who before this match had gone 5-0 at WrestleMania, and 3-0 in WrestleMania ladder-related matches — would be able to continue following the carnage; in fact, Edge would immediately be stretchered out by medics. His condition currently remains unknown. Finlay nearly made himself a fighting Irishman in the Bank after catching Matt Hardy with a Celtic Cross onto one ladder. Unfortunately, the move also incapacitated the Belfast brawler, who’d require more than a little help from Hornswoggle to grab the case. Suddenly, Kennedy climbed an adjacent ladder to stop the little guy short, then squashed him in half with a top-rung plunge that earned massive cheers throughout Ford Field. Moments later, Kennedy would continue hearing those growing cheers as he used another ladder to crack a climbing CM Punk in the mouth, sending him to the outside, then as he claimed the briefcase, and its contents, for himself.

April Fool's Day

April Fools' Day or All Fools' Day, though not a holiday in its own right, is a notable day celebrated in many countries on April 1. The day is marked by the commission of hoaxes and other practical jokes of varying sophistication on friends and neighbors, or sending them on fools' errands, the aim of which is to embarrass the gullible. In some countries, April Fools' jokes (also called "April Fools") are only made before noon on April 1st.[1] It is also widely celebrated on the Internet.

Origin
The origin of this custom has been much disputed. Many theories have been suggested.
What seems certain is that it is in some way or other a relic of those once universal festivities held at the
vernal equinox, which, beginning on old New Year's Day, the 25th of March, ended on the 2nd of April.
It has been suggested that Europe derived its April-fooling from the French.
[2] France was one of the first nations to make January 1 officially New Year's Day (which was already celebrated by many), by decree of Charles IX. This was in 1582, even before the adoption of the Gregorian calendar (See Julian start of the year). Thus the New Year's gifts and visits of felicitation which had been the feature of the 1st of April became associated with the first day of January, and those who disliked or did not hear about the change were fair game for those wits who amused themselves by sending mock presents and paying calls of pretended ceremony on the 1st of April. French and Dutch references from 1508 and 1539 respectively describe April Fools' Day jokes and the custom of making them on the first of April.
Though the 1st of April appears to have been anciently observed in
Great Britain as a general festival, it was apparently not until the beginning of the 18th century that the making of April-fools was a common custom.
In
Scotland the custom was known as "hunting the gowk," i.e. the cuckoo, and April-fools were "April-gowks," the cuckoo being there, as it is in many countries, a term of contempt.
In France the person fooled is known as poisson d'avril. This has been explained from the association of ideas arising from the fact that in April the sun quits the
zodiacal sign of the fish. A far more natural explanation would seem to be that the April fish would be a young fish and therefore easily caught. The French traditionally celebrated this holiday by placing dead fish on the backs of friends. Today the fish has been replaced with paper cut-out.
The
Dutch celebrate the 1st of April for other reasons. In 1572, the Netherlands were ruled by Spain's King Philip II. Roaming the region were Dutch rebels who called themselves Geuzen, after the French "gueux", meaning beggars. On 1 April 1572, the Geuzen seized the small coastal town of Den Briel. This event was also the start of the general civil rising against the Spanish in other cities in the Netherlands. The Duke of Alba, commander of the Spanish army could not prevent the uprising. Bril is the Dutch word for glasses, so on 1 April, 1572, "Alba lost his glasses". Dutch people find this joke so hilarious they still commemorate the first of April.
Chaucer's story, the Nun's Priest's Tale, written c.1400, takes place on 32 March; that is, 1 April; it is Chanticleer and the Fox, a story of two fools.

Trivia
The
phobic name for the fear of April Fools' Day is Aphrilophobia.
There are various retorts used to pranksters when April fool jokes are attempted on the wrong day:
"April Fool's a-comin' and you're the biggest fool a-runnin'."
"April Fool's past, and you're the biggest fool at last."
"April Fool's has come and gone: who's the fool that carried it on?"
In the film
The French Connection, the opening scenes take place on April 1 and show children in Marseille running around pinning poissons d'Avril (April fish) on each other.
Apple Computer was founded on April 1st 1976[29]
The birthday of the mischevious Weasley Twins (Fred and George) from the Harry Potter series is April 1st.
